This film is split into two parts and takes a lot of narrative risk, but the beautiful camerawork and believable characters take all the risks. It's an incredible achievement and a movie that should have gotten a lot more attention than it did.

That's the best part, he plays himself in the movie. His friends in the movie are his real friends. And the horse dressage scenes are real wild horses trained by him. The line between reality and the filmmaking process is very thin here. An absolutely mesmerizing movie directed by Chinese director Chloe Zhao. Horse rider. Do not miss it.
